按“准备”按钮后，滴定液瓶不向滴定管加滴定液。
产生原因：一般为DJ5和DJ4相碰或它们都碰到滴定管内壁。
排除方法：调整DJ4和DJ5。
按“准备”按钮后，量气筒中液体加满后不停止。
产生原因：电极DJ3已被腐蚀。
排除方法：用铁砂纸清洁电极表面。
分析过程中，硫滴定液滴定不畅或停止滴定。
产生原因：DF7被腐蚀。
排除方法：更换新阀。
分析过程中量气筒中溶液倒吸。
产生原因：仪器水准瓶中两根电极DJ1、DJ2已被腐蚀。
排除方法：用铁砂纸清洁电极表面或更换新电极。
碳硫分析仪试验方法
--红外吸收法(红外碳硫分析仪)：试样中的碳、硫经过富氧条件下的高温加热，氧化为二氧化碳、二氧化硫气体。该气体经处理后进入相应的吸收池，对相应的红外辐射进行吸收，由探测器转发为信号，经计算机处理输出结果。此方法具有准确、快速、灵敏度高的特点，高低碳硫含量均使用，采用此方法的红外碳硫分析仪，自动化程度较高，价格也比较高，适用于分析精度要求较高的场合。
