石英管属消耗品，在损坏或长时间使用后需进行更换、清理。
1）石英管的拆卸：
①卸下高频炉左上方的屏蔽面罩。
②下降气缸，打开炉头，取出坩埚托、坩埚座。
③逆时针旋松(由下往上看)石英管上方炉管压帽半圈左右，使压帽与密封“O”型圈松动，手握石英管向下即可从炉尾下方取出石英管。
2）石英管的清理。
3）石英管的安装：按拆卸步骤逆向进行。
高效吸水剂、碱石棉、高氯酸镁均有粒度要求，通常为20目左右，购买时应予注意。
