净化系统中的1#净化管的净化剂为高效变色吸水剂，用以吸收氧气中的水分，吸水后颜色变红。2#净化管中的净化剂为碱石棉，吸收氧气中的二氧化碳。3#净化管中的净化剂为高氯酸镁，吸收坩埚及样品燃烧后的水分。高效变色吸水剂有三分之一变红，即需进行更换。碱石棉、高氯酸镁根据分析样品量的多少定期更换(1-3个月)。

碳硫分析仪操作及注意事项：

1、碳硫分析仪应在通氧条件下才能调换硫吸收液

2、碳硫分析仪采用碳、硫联测，测试时先是二氧化硫吸收，然后二氧化碳吸收。滴定时应先定碳，吸收杯上部要保持蓝色，防止跑碳，碳定至终点后再定硫。硫定至近终点时稍等一下，然后再慢慢定至终点，不然容易过量。

3、碳硫分析仪设备应远离酸、碱性等腐蚀气体放置，避免尘埃、震动干扰实验室内。

4、实验室温度10-30度，湿度小于75%。

5、分析试样完毕后，应把硫吸收液部分放掉，将吸收液再加至原体积，防止碳吸收液回吸，如果发现回吸现象，一定要用蒸馏水冲洗干净，否则下次测定时，会使硫的结果出现误差，偏低。

6、仪器关机时按规定的步骤来，直接关闭电源可能会造成数据丢失及难以弥补的损失。
