Sidistar R300&R320&R320U是采用独特工艺生产的二氧化硅无机材料，外观呈灰色或灰白色，无定型球状结构，平均粒子大小在150Nm，由于这种结构Sidistar呈现了与普通白炭黑截然不同的用途：Sidistar可被分散为初级形态的亚微米级球形结构在体系中通过其特有的滚珠效应从而有效减少内摩擦，改善胶料流动性和填料分散性能，同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸/撕裂强度等硫化胶性能。当 SIDISTAR 用量增加, 能够有效提高硫化制品耐疲劳性能。
粘度调节剂 :
用途:加在胶料中,用于降低门尼粘度,提高胶料流动性,改善其他填料在橡胶中的分散，同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸轻度、撕裂强度等硫化胶性能
推荐应用:高硬度挤出制品,高硬度胶辊，胶管，密封条
用法 : 3-8 phr或更多,在混炼初期加入(生胶之后立即加入）
