碳硫分析仪的分析作用是什么？

气路故障分析与处理
碳硫分析仪在长期使用后，逐渐出现试样释放峰形图边缘毛刺加重或双峰现象，在清洗炉头和更换试剂后此类现象不能消除。
随着此现象的逐步加重，在标准曲线校准中校准系数也越来越低，当低于0.5后分析警告提示“校准系数超出正常范围”。试样分析结果平行精度已超出检验标准要求。
仔细观察仪器此时的各项参数，其中载气流量值已严重偏低。判断气路中有阻塞部分，逐段分析清理。更换气路中的各种试剂，清洗试剂管下端过滤网。清洗炉头，保证炉头过滤网清洁畅通。处理完成后安装通气，气路检漏后观察载气流量值的变化。载气流量略有提升，但依然严重偏低。

气路故障分析与处理
每次气路检修，更换过滤试剂盒清洗炉头后都需要进***路检漏。气路检漏未能通过时分析检漏时的增压状态，当气路增压能达到1200mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）时，执行分段检漏、分段处理。当气路增压不能达到1200mmHg但高于1100mmHg时，可通过硬件校准人为提高气压值，使检漏气压增压，能够达到可执行检漏的工作状态，达到后再根据检漏结果作出相应处理。
